Learning Colors Books: Easy Decodable Emergent Readers with Sight Words

Saturday, October 25, 2014

Pull up a chair, because nothing beats the face of a 4 year old who just read a whole book by themselves. These color books use the same easy sentence on every page with the sight words "the" and "is," so your littlest readers can do exactly that.

Hey there!

I'm Jessica, a teacher and a mom of 4. I started making resources for my own Pre-K to 1st grade kiddos back in 2012, and Teachers Follow Teachers grew from there.

Everything here is built for real classrooms: easy to prep, easy to teach, and kind to your evenings. Pull up a chair and grab what helps.
