Hey Bestie, your privacy matters to me. This Privacy Policy explains what information jessicaannstanford.com (also reached at teachersfollowteachers.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is owned and run by Teachers Follow Teachers | Teaching Products by Jessica Ann Stanford ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Information you give us

• Email sign-ups: when you join my email list or grab a freebie, you share your first name and email address. These are stored with my email provider, Kit (ConvertKit), and used to send you the freebie and my teacher emails.
• Emails to me: if you email me, I use your name, email address, and message to reply.
• Comments: if you comment on a post, your comment and the name on your Google profile are shown publicly.

We never ask for payment details on this blog. Purchases happen on Teachers Pay Teachers (and, in the future, TeachersLoveCreating.com), which have their own privacy policies.

2. Information collected automatically

This blog is hosted on Google's Blogger. Like most websites, Blogger and the tools on it use cookies and similar technology to collect basic information such as your browser, device, pages viewed, and approximate location. This helps keep the site secure, count visits, and understand which posts are most helpful. Google's use of this data is explained in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Embedded content (like Pinterest buttons, Instagram posts, or YouTube videos) and affiliate links (like Amazon) may also set cookies when you interact with them.

3. How we use your information

• To send the freebies and emails you signed up for
• To answer your questions
• To see which posts teachers find helpful and plan new ones
• To keep the site safe and working well

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services that help run the site: Google (Blogger hosting and stats), Kit (email), and, when you click them, partners like Amazon, Teachers Pay Teachers, and Pinterest. Each has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon may use cookies to know a purchase came from this site. I never see your name, address, or payment details from those purchases.

6. Your choices

• Emails: every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.
• Your data: you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing JessicaAnnStanford@teachersfollowteachers.com. We'll reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example, California, other US states with privacy laws, the UK, or the EU), you may have extra rights, like knowing what we collect and asking us to delete it. We honor those requests for everyone, no matter where you live.

7. Children

This site is written for adults. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has shared information with us, email me and I'll delete it. Please never share students' names, photos, or private details in comments.

We use trusted services and keep only what we need. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
