Editable Name Tracing Practice Books: Personalized Writing Activities

Monday, August 5, 2019

Learning to write their own name is such a proud moment for our littles. These books fill in every student's name for you, so the practice is ready on day 1.

These editable name tracing books help preschool and kindergarten students learn to read, spell, and write their own names. Type your class list once and the names fill in on their own, so 30 personalized books are ready to print, cut, and staple. Each book has 9 pages of name practice that build muscle memory: tracing, counting letters, finding letters, sign language, coloring, stamping, typing, writing with different tools, and writing all by myself. Open the file in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader so the editable pages fill in correctly.

Hey there!

I'm Jessica, a teacher and a mom of 4. I started making resources for my own Pre-K to 1st grade kiddos back in 2012, and Teachers Follow Teachers grew from there.

Everything here is built for real classrooms: easy to prep, easy to teach, and kind to your evenings. Pull up a chair and grab what helps.
