Sticky Note Incentive Charts: Editable Printable Behavior Reward Charts

Wednesday, August 24, 2016

Okay, real talk: a reward chart only works if it stays in front of the child, and paper charts love to disappear. These incentive charts print right onto sticky notes, so they stick to a desk, a folder or a planner and stay put.

What is in it

  • 10 chart designs, including gum, stars, popcorn, popsicles, monsters and books
  • 2 lengths of every chart, so you can make a goal shorter or longer
  • Editable title and name lines you type in before printing
  • Sticky note templates for top fed and side fed printers
  • 45 pages, printable PDF

How to print on sticky notes

Type the names and goals, print the template on plain paper, stick a sticky note on each box, and run the page through your printer again. Prefer something sturdier? Print them on cardstock for adhesive pockets instead. See every design in the Sticky Note Incentive Charts preview on TPT.

How to use them

Give a child a chart for a behavior goal, homework or nightly reading, and let them color a space each time they meet it. Use the shorter chart for a quick win and the longer one to stretch a goal. They work for 1 student or a whole table group.
